2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this website:
- contact and information request forms: name, email address, subject of the request and any message;
- newsletter sign-up form: email address and, optionally, first and last name.
While browsing, the website may also collect technical data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access) needed for the website to work and stay secure. For the use of cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your requests for information, quotes or appointments. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending our newsletter with news and updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email.
- Protecting the website from spam and abuse, including through the Google reCAPTCHA service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Data retention
Data sent through the contact forms is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting relationship; newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
5. Recipients and third-party services
Your data is never disclosed to the public or sold. It may be processed, as data processors, by the technical service providers needed to run the website:
- the website hosting and email provider;
- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), to manage the newsletter;
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.), for spam protection of the forms.
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union; in such cases the transfer takes place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@cerronenozze.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Provision of data
Providing your data in the forms is optional, but without the fields marked as mandatory and without acknowledging this notice it is not possible to send your request.
